The Second Pillar of Judeo-Christianity

The Lion of Judah Discipleship Journey Seminary is built on six pillars that together form a complete and authoritative framework for biblical Judeo-Christianity: God (Monotheism), Scripture, Divinity, Assembly, Prophecy, and Outreach.

After Scripture establishes the foundation for learning about God, the primary pillar — God, understood through biblical monotheism — defines the identity, nature, character, and supremacy of the One True Supreme God revealed in the Hebrew and New Covenant Scriptures.

Biblical monotheism is not philosophical speculation; it is the living truth that God is One, eternal, unchanging, sovereign, holy, righteous, compassionate, and supreme above all creation. Everything in Scripture flows from the identity of this One God.

Understanding who God is becomes the key to interpreting all doctrine, prophecy, ethics, salvation, and the mission of the Assembly.
