Rooted in Scripture. Driven by Truth. Preparing Disciples for Reaching the Nations for the King of kings
Revelation 5:5:
“But one of the elders said to me, ‘Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.’”
At this Lion of Judah Discipleship, we train leaders who live by Scripture alone to define their beliefs and morals from God, rooted in the faith of Christ and His apostles. Our mission is urgent: to raise up Bible-qualified ministers who can shepherd, teach, and serve a world in need.
“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” (- The Messiah, Matthew 9:37)
Your journey continues here.
At the Lion of Judah Discipleship Journey Seminary (LJDJS, sometimes abbreviated: Lion of Judah Seminary [LJS] or Lion of Judah Discipleship [LJD] ), our calling is clear: to equip disciples to know God deeply and serve the world effectively.
Origins & Heritage
We are a direct continuation from Christ and his first 12 disciples who became the first apostolic elders in his first church council. Matthew 5:22.
That Messiah's council multiplied into local apostolic eldership councils —an eldership council in each local church— for discipline (Matthew 5:22), while the Messiah's original council retained centralized authority for correct doctrine (book of Acts chapter 15), and international to global outreach (our church at Antioch —established from this Messiah's council in Jerusalem— officially sent Paul and Barnabas out under the Holy Spirit's direction [Acts 13:1-4]; Paul's missionary journeys included numerous cities internationally, such as across Asia Minor, islands like Cyprus, and into Europe. See Acts 13 (mission starts in Cyprus), Acts 14 (Asia Minor cities like Iconium, Lystra, Derbe), Acts 16 (Macedonia), Acts 17 (Greece: Thessalonica, Berea, Athens), Acts 18 (Corinth), Acts 19-21 (further travels including Ephesus, and eventually Rome).
This reveals the New Covenant vision for the gospel's international to global outreach well beyond the initial local Jerusalem-epicenter of Church ministry.— Acts 1:8; Acts 13:47; Romans 10:18.
We are not just an institution—we are a powerful movement from within the Global Council from Christ (GCC) within the Christian Church of God from Jerusalem (CCGJ), continuing the very commission given by Jesus Christ, the Son of God:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…” Matthew 28:19–20.
Our Holy Bible, its mission, founders, and Church, have existed as the Spiritual and physical authority hundreds of years before Catholicism and over a thousand years before Catholic Protestantism such as Lutherans, Baptists, Pentecostals, etc.
Within the Christian Church of God from Jerusalem, Her Global Council from Christ, the Lion of Judah Discipleship exists because Scripture itself commands the continuation of Christ’s teaching, mission, and discipleship model — not as an institution of human invention, but as the ongoing work that He entrusted to His followers.
Since we continue from the earliest Spiritual and physical Source authority, we continue teachings that predate those Catholic to Protestant institutions in origins, authority, and by remaining most faithfully closest to those original teachings we are able to correct them —and have done so on multiple occasions.
2 Timothy 3:16 indicates that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for correction.
This is why our teachings differ from mainstream institutions derived from Catholic traditions (arose in 4th century, hundreds of years after our foundation in Christ) or Catholic-Protestant traditions (over a thousand years after our Messiah foundation).
In an age where “the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few” (Matthew 9:37), we exist to raise up faithful, Bible-qualified ministers who can carry the light of Christ into every nation.
All of our leaders arise from God and His directions and instructions as quoted.
Our Lion of Judah Seminary (LJS) stands on the unbroken foundation laid in Jerusalem by Christ and His twelve disciples.
As Judeo-Christians, we embrace the ancient Hebrew roots of our faith and honor the sacred name of God shared with His Son.
Unlike denominational movements shaped by politics or later traditions, we remain committed to the earliest Biblical teachings, their assemblies, guided solely by the Holy Scriptures written by the Holy Spirit from Almighty.
Through the Global Council, a living apostolic eldership network of overseers continuing from the Messiah and his 12 apostles from Jerusalem, we continue the work begun in Jerusalem—keeping churches worldwide aligned with truth and Scripture..
What Makes Us Unique
Here are some but not all dynamics for our unique sacred leadership:
Bible-Only Authority – We stand firmly on the Word of God alone, from one supreme God, rejecting misaligned man-made traditions that cloud the truth.
Evidence & Truth Based – Our teachings are rooted in Biblical manuscripts, Bible era Hebrew predating modern-era Eurasian Hebrew, sound scholarship constantly submissive to Bible evidence, and personal study and application—not just secondhand commentary as mental trivia.
Judeo-Christian Perspective – We Messianists from the Messiah in ancient Judea faithfully preserve the earliest understanding of sacred Hebrew names and practices, including ancient feasts.
Global Council Oversight – Students join a living worldwide fellowship of Christ’s overseers.
Free & Accessible – Training is tuition-free, supported by gifts and tithes, so every serious believer can access quality discipleship.
Academic & Ministry Formation
Our discipleship blends Biblical study with hands-on ministry application:
1. Academics – Students begin reading each book of the Bible and reflect with one-page essays on its meaning, value, utility, and life application. Advanced resources, articles, and exams strengthen Theological, Ecclesiological, and Divinity depth.
2. Ministry Application – Through ministry application notes or journals and testimony records, students live out the book of Acts continuously —developing personal ministry gifts, records (for future readers), in preaching, teaching, evangelism, healing, counseling, music, art, leadership, community, and more.
Graduates may earn diplomas in Theology, Ecclesiology, or Divinity, and be commissioned for ordination as Deacon, Apostle, or Overseer.
Leadership & Credentials
What makes our leaders, church, and sacred traditions most authentic with God's support for the best credentials for ordination, prophecy, end-times events, and ministry?
Answers:
1. His Holy Word (sacred message manifested through the Messiah) recorded for us in the Holy Bible.
2. His Holy people using His Word to correct deviances from His Word.
3. A willingness to submit to God's Word, manifesting full surrender to Him accordingly.
4. Using the Holy Bible's context and it's detailed internal evidence to resolve and reconcile any seeming differences within it, between people, and between churches.
From the first moment Christ opened the Scriptures to His disciples (Luke 24:27), taught them the Kingdom (Acts 1:3), and commissioned them to teach “all nations…everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19–20), a living chain of discipleship began.
That chain never broke.
The Lion of Judah Discipleship Journey Seminary stands intentionally within that same stream — the original Judeo-Christian faith taught in Jerusalem by Christ and continued by His apostles, a faith rooted in:
Scripture (2 Timothy 3:16–17)
Monotheism (Deuteronomy 6:4)
Divine transformation (2 Corinthians 3:18)
Assembly life (Acts 2:42–47)
Prophetic hope (Revelation 19:10)
Apostolic outreach (Luke 10:1; Acts 1:8)
Our Discipleship exists to continue that teaching with clarity, depth, accuracy, and obedience.

From His Word
We are a Discipleship built from the Messiah
The Messiah taught His disciples by:
His life and thereby opening the Scriptures (Luke 24:45)
Explaining God’s plan (John 17:6–8)
Training them in righteousness (Matthew 5–7)
Forming them into a community (Acts 2:42)
Preparing them with prophecy (Matthew 24)
Sending them out two-by-two (Luke 10:1)
This Seminary intentionally follows the same pattern.
Scripture: The Motivating Force Behind Our Existence
Our Seminary exists because Scripture itself commands:
1. Continue the teaching our Messiah began
“Teach them to observe everything I have commanded you.”
— Matthew 28:20
2. Train disciples in sound doctrine
“Hold fast the pattern of sound words.”
— 2 Timothy 1:13
3. Guard the truth for the next generation
“Commit these things to faithful people who will teach others also.”
— 2 Timothy 2:2
4. Proclaim the message publicly and from house to house
“You taught publicly and from house to house.”
— Acts 20:20
5. Continue the apostolic mission to the nations
“You will be My witnesses… to the ends of the earth.”
— Acts 1:8
6. Build a community devoted to Scripture and fellowship
“They continued steadfastly in the apostles’ teaching and fellowship.”
— Acts 2:42
Every line above is not only biblical — it is the reason our Discipleship exists.
Our Seminary is not a brand.
It is not a denomination.
It is a continuation of what Almighty through His Scripture declares must continue until the end of the dark age (Matthew 28:20)
We are committed to preserving the original Judeo-Christian method of discipleship — not the layered traditions added over centuries.
We seek the clarity of the beginning: the teachings of our Messiah and His apostles raised by God in their original scriptural context..
Our Aim: The Most Authoritative and Comprehensive Judeo-Christian Seminary
Our mission is to provide:
1. The most authoritative Scripture-based instruction possible
We commit to using Scripture as the sole and final authority for every doctrine and teaching.
2. The most comprehensive Judeo-Christian learning system
Structured through six core pillars:
Scripture
Monotheism (only one supreme God)
Divinity (in Christ and Him in Us)
Assembly (fellowship, feasts, councils, seminary security, and more)
Prophecy
Outreach (Apostolic Mission)
3. The deepest accessible teaching at every level

4. Accurate Bible era Hebrew from its Aramaic roots research
Including names, linguistic patterns, historical scripts, and biblical terminology.
5. Apostolic model outreach training
Deploying the biblical two-by-two method (Luke 10:1).
6. Doctrinal clarity over confusion
No denominational filter.
No syncretism.
No unnecessary tradition.
Only Scripture illuminated with depth and accuracy.
A Community Rooted in Scripture, Formed in Assembly, Sent in Outreach
The Lion of Judah Seminary is more than an online learning platform — it is a discipleship life, and a movement patterned after our Biblical Messiah and His Jerusalem Assembly of Acts 2–4.
We commit to:
Fellowship (Acts 2:42)
Breaking bread (Acts 2:46)
Prayer (Acts 2:42)
Teaching Scripture (2 Timothy 4:2)
Celebrating the Feasts in understanding (Leviticus 23, Zechariah 14:16, Luke 22:19)
Living holy and righteous lives (1 Peter 1:16)
Being a light to the nations (Isaiah 49:6)
Going out two-by-two in apostolic outreach (Luke 10:1)
We seek to raise disciples who embody the truth — not only learn it.
Where We Are Going
We aim to:
Build the most complete Judeo-Christian seminary available
Train global leaders in Scripture, prophecy, outreach, and assembly life
Provide advanced tools in biblical languages and ancient manuscripts
Send teams in apostolic mission to families and communities

Everything we do returns to one truth:
> The work Christ began continues through those who obey His Word.
“You will be My witnesses… to the very end.” — Acts 1:8
The Lion of Judah Discipleship Journey Seminary is not new.
It is continuing what began in Jerusalem, a recurring manifestation.
And it will continue — as Scripture commands — as we unite in the return of the Messiah.
