Atonement
A sacrifice (behavior trade-off or exchange for something better, represented by animal offerings in the Old Covenant in exchange for blessings from God) that aimed to help remove sin, thereby restoring relationship with God by repentance.

Apostolic Mission
Team-based outreach modeled after the apostles to establish, strengthen, and guide assemblies.

Anointing
Applying oil on someone or something that indicated a distinction — being set apart for Holy purpose or service to God only. A symbolic act showing God’s empowerment or calling.

Bema (Judgment Seat)
The place where Christ evaluates believers’ works.

Baptisms (Plural)

A binding engagement used as an analogy for Christ’s relationship with His people.
